想問一個滿蠢的問題...
當在講述過去的故事但子句要描述”持續到現在一直不變的事物“
例如
He wished to return to the industry that "requires" lots of effort.
He longed for rejoining the association that "stipulates" continuous studying.
Ancient people already knew that sun "keeps" rising everyday.
這邊引號裡的用法 是對的嗎？還是應該改成過去式？

用現在簡單式是因為那是恆常不便的通常情況

文法上沒有錯，但是一般建議是盡量避免混搭時式，統一使用過去式比較乾淨。然後這個「恆常不變」其實標準挺高的，最好用自然定律的規格去檢視。原po舉的前兩個例子我覺得還有點不夠格。
