剛好今天看到一個關於「過度訓練」的觀念想跟各位分享

別落入過度訓練的泥沼
在結束一天的訓練之後,你可能會問自己這樣的問題「如果我覺得在訓練完成後還有力氣
,是不是應該再多做些其他什麼練習?」
別忘了,在結束一天的訓練之後覺得很棒代表著今天的訓練很完整、有進步,並且沒有訓
練過頭。
通常來說,我們結束訓練後不會覺得整個人被榨乾似的,若有這種現象發生,那就很可能
是練過頭了。
偶爾把自己推到極限而感到精疲力盡是可以的,但千萬不要以為這是每天訓練必須做到的
工作。一次好的訓練應該在結束後感覺到充滿活力,而不是整裝回家就睡他個八小時。
來辨別過度訓練可能會出現的一些徵兆,包含了有:
˙ 長期的痠痛或疲勞
˙ 關節疼痛
˙ (對運動)失去熱誠
˙ 感冒或其他疾病
當發現你正處於過度訓練階段時:
˙ 休息一兩天
˙ 休息一段時間

Avoiding The Overtraining Trap
One question you might ask yourself at the end of your workout is "If I still
feel energetic at the end of a workout, should I keep exercising?"
Remember, feeling great after a workout is a signal that you've put in a hard
day's work, made progress, and haven't overtrained.
Usually, one should never feel completely drained after a workout, because
that can indicate overtraining. There is a fine line between developmental
training and overtraining. You should feel like you've worked hard, but not
entirely exhausted.
It's okay to push yourself to the point of exhaustion every once in awhile,
but if done on a consistent basis, it can result in overtraining.
A good workout should leave you feeling energized, not ready to pack it in
and sleep for 8 hours.
Learn To Identify The Signs Of Overtraining, These Include ///
Chronic soreness or fatigue
Aching joints
Loss of enthusiasm
Colds or other illnesses
If You Find That You Are Overtraining ///
Take a day or two off
Get plenty of rest

通常我一個禮拜也會休息一天不過過度訓練的感覺就是跟平常的疲勞不一樣身體變得容易受傷 然後某些地方開始發炎不會好體重也會開始莫名其妙的下降,即使吃的比平常多訓練時的專注力跟肌力也明顯下降總之感覺非常糟糕就對了 而且是一種漸進式的過程我在OT狀態下還持續訓練了一個禮拜,就多傷了兩個部位訓練效果反而還讓身體機能退步 orz
