2016年初時台南市中西區開山路上，延平郡王祠的對面掛起了大型的
Hello Kitty的巨型看板與Coming soon的預告，
相信大家經過的時都被這穿著中式服裝的可愛Kitty給吸引住了吧！
這家業者與台灣三麗鷗聯手打造的台灣茶主題餐廳「HELLO KITTY 呷茶 Chat Day」，
在6/19順利開幕了，樂活美食團也從善如流，在開幕當週的星期二就出團，
幫廣大有興趣的網友們來一探究竟

Hello Kitty是全球知名的卡通人物之一，在全球擁有超多粉絲，
主題餐廳也一家家開，光是先前就有Kitty日式涮涮鍋、甜點咖啡廳和飲料店。
而這次，業者更以中式泡茶文化與Kitty做結合，試圖推廣泡茶、飲茶的意味相當濃厚

從外觀上小地方就可以看出業者相當用心，
像是KITTY的招牌蝴蝶也加入了茶葉的造型

開幕的第一週沒有訂位的模式，所以想上門光顧的客人都得現場預約。
但預約完後不需要在現場等待，服務人員會給一個QR CODE，
想知道排隊的狀態就直接開始QR CODE方能知曉

門口設了一個小牌子，上面寫了供餐時間的限制，但僅限餐點，
如果單純喝茶則是全天候供應。另外，有寫著當天冷泡茶已經賣完了，
這關係到後面的一個小插曲...

只要經過這裡的人無不駐足察看一番。有的單獨照相打卡、有的合照上傳，

水信餅 NT. 50，利用白涼粉製作的日本的當紅小點心，隨餐附了黃豆粉，
吃起來的口感比蒟蒻再水一些，又比果凍再軟一點，相當特別
