如果想出國留學
就功利一點的角度來說(不考慮有沒有學到東西）
台大生會選擇輔系還是學程？
雖然都沒有學位就是了

the certificated degree doesn't mean everything.you can still listed out what you learn, how manycredicts you get in the different disciplinary.*list out
