After more than five years of recession and painfully slow recovery,
President Obama has sent a powerful signal that he thinks the U.S.
economy is now in much better shape — good enough, at least,
to provide workers with raises.
In his State of the Union address Tuesday night,
Obama called upon Congress to boost the federal minimum wage
to $9 an hour by 2015, up from the current $7.25.
The wage would rise in steps, and after hitting the maximum
in two years, would thereafter be indexed to inflation.

光是這一點,選他就很值得了. 一小時從7.25美金升到9美金. 超過20%的漲幅.
加州肯定要從$8升到$10以上, 舊金山就要從$10.55升到$13塊以上去了.
San Jose也都漲到$10/小時,接下來漲到$12塊一小時也只是剛好而已.
公司如果不加我個15%以上也說不過去.
美股的多頭,真是猛的很.基本上, 反對的人沒什麼機會, 從2007年起,
美國就涷漲了基本工資,不過,舊金山還是年年漲.真是仙境啊.
美國人的口袋錢多了,消費自然就出來了,會多買點東西,亂花錢也是可以預期的到的.
呵呵...
台灣的基本工資真需要多努力努力.....
