[食譜] 練英文寫食譜-EASY!大豆蕃茄雞

因為最近想開始練習英文,就學著用英文寫作菜雜記
不過本人的英文很爛.. = =就隨便看看就好,重點是菜好不好吃!!

Step 1.
雞肉切塊 (一口大小)
洋蔥一顆,蕃茄二大顆 (1cm左右細塊)
把他們都混在一起,揉一下,等5分
亂寫的英文 = ="
Cut your chicken. I mean the chicken you bought from anyway….XD
Chop up Onion & Tomato … about 1 cm
Mix them (chicken, onion & Tomato), wait for 5 min?
Step 2.
熱鍋,可倒油也可不倒
因為我沒鍋蓋就倒油
將步驟1的食材全部倒入
用中小火,盖鍋後,等6或7分鐘
我沒鍋蓋就等了10分
個人怕吃到不熟的..
Preheat the pan and put some oil
Put Step 1 into the pan.
If you have a lid, you can cover the pan and wait for 6 or 7 min
If you don’t have it, just like as me, wait for 10 min … or longer?
Just beware of the meat is well-done!
Step 3.
放入水煮大豆,塩,細黑胡椒,義大利parsley,最後再放入大顆的黑胡椒
Soybeans, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Black Pepper !
完成了
簡單,健康又美味!
