1- Athanasian Creed is edited by an unknow Latin writer from 6th century, it is not the genuine work of Athanansius.
2- Creed is ALWAYS short and concrete. For the 'exposition' of a certain Creed, you need to check out the original writer/defender's works. the relationship between Necene Creed and A Defence of Necene Creed is just like the relationship between Constitution and the textbook of Constitution. To explian or to understand the Consititution, can not use Constitution, but writings of those who construct and define Constitution.
