老問題
如果你這邊的「民族」是想指漢語文裡面本來的其民其族的意思那可能還勉強
但是只是看起來相近，實際上語境意義迥然不同
不然威爾遜為何不用ethic groups要用peoples
如果是和製漢語 民族 = nation的意思當然就不行，
因為需要自決建國表示這nation都還沒建立，哪來的nation(國民)
所以同樣，peoples請乖乖創造一個專門名詞來對應
不要再啥都是民族更添亂了
