小的開始學文法，用學過的基礎文法來解，似乎是這樣：the degree to which (X)，to which 是高中學過的概念which代表(X:形容詞子句)，所以是 (X) to the degree...所以整句的概念是(欲測量的)企業與模範企業之間的等級差異後面一大串臭長的說明只是在解釋典範企業的細節不知道我這樣的理解方式正確嗎？
