1. 字典定義 designation 可數時，表示“給定的正式名稱，雖然 unusual mortality event 看起來是不怎麼特殊（很令人懷疑），但上 NOAA 網站，它有定義 UMEChina-riling 看起來就是 rile China（惹惱中國）的複合形容詞，把受詞往前移，動詞改成 Ving例如：a heart-breaking story

那句說的不就是，「嘿 UME 雖然聽起來好像不知所謂，但是在法律上可是有定義的特殊詞彙」整句就在講它有定義／定義是什麼，所以用得很適合啊

的確耶，只查 designation 的定義，就沒看繼續看下去了XD原來 and 後面有定義，我還到 NOAA 上看定義....
