今天老師上課時，補充這兩個片語，但我不知道怎麼用。

但我知道，有加the 是名詞
沒有加the是副詞。
我目前只查到in the east of ...在...東部
那in east of 跟in the east of
要怎麼區分跟使用

in east of 只是東方 是蠻廣泛方位Ex:in east of Taichung 台中的東方 宜蘭In the east of因為有the 所以有限定in the east of Taichung 台中的東區
