Cuban outfielder Rusney Castillo, who signed a $72.5 million contract with
the Red Sox on August 22, will make his MLB debut Wednesday night against the
Pirates.

Peter Abraham of the Boston Globe reports that Castillo will start in center
field for the Red Sox after playing for Pawtucket in the Triple-A
championship game tonight.

Castillo played a total of 10 games in the minors, participating in the
playoffs at three different levels while hitting a combined .297 with four
doubles and two steals.
