Senior SI Engineer
【工作內容】
Guide and direct the activities of multifunctional team(s) according to the
priorities set by Engineering management.
Perform high-speed empirical, analytical and signal integrity evaluations of
connectors within transmission line environments.
Recommend changes in designs or technical procedures.
Conduct and coordinate numerical simulations for connector systems.
Provide development input to design teams, create electrical product models
and documentation.
【工作要求】
Ability to work independently in planning, and completing assigned projects
and tasks. Ability to provide internal and external technical leadership.
Ability to communicate project progress and status to management. Design
solutions to maintain Molex leadership in interconnect industry. Play
effective role in continuous improvement of product development and customer
support. Participate in multi-discipline product development teams. Good
communication skill in supporting customers and team members
【學經歷要求】
Bachelor's degree in EE with 5+ years (OR MSEE/PhD with 3+ yrs) of
experience in relevant area of designing and supporting high speed electrical
interconnects
