: Recruit: English-Chinese translator. NT$52,500~75,000/month. Work from home.
: PokerStars is contracting a highly experienced English-Chinese Translator on
: a full-time contractor basis (40 hours/week), working from home.
: ◆ Job description:
: Translate English website content, software content, newsletters, video
: subtitles, promotions into Chinese. Most content is about poker and online
: casino games. You would be assigned many small jobs on a daily basis, and
: occasionally bigger projects. Small jobs usually need to be finished in a
: day or two.
: Excellent Chinese writing skills is essential, as your translation would
: need to be written in a style that is consistent to the existing content.
: ◆ Compensation:
: - NT$52,500~75,000/month, depending on your experience, work quality and
: the competibility of your working hours to the UK team.
: ◆ Trial Period: 1 month.
: ◆ Requirements:
: - 3 years experience as a full-time E-C translator OR equivalent experience
: - Excellent Chinese writing skills (essential)
: - Great attention to detail (essential)
: - Even better if you are familiar with Trados
: ◆ Working hour: 8 hours. Flexible hours, however it is preferably
: if your time overlaps UK (GMT) 9-18 as much as possible.
