這兩個網站都在Congress後面打上逗號。但為何不用句號呢?
Congress候用句號不是比較合理嗎?
如果參考tube video的影片，更合理的標點，應該是把句號打在
potential之後 然後As大寫，重新開始一個新的句子
，直到Americans。
大家如何看? Congress應該用句號還是逗號? 或者是potential之後直接打句號?
