補助訓練之外，韓國政府還針對29歲以下青年，進行海外工作媒合，以及2到3年的海外實
習機會。就連要到海外就業訓練，韓國政府也提供往返機票。
Besides the training allowance, the Korean government also aims at the
teenagers below 29-year-old providing overseas jobs matching and two or three
years’ intern chances. Even if they need to be trained abroad, the
government would furnish them round-trip tickets.
這些，都是2008年，韓國前總統李明博提出的「全球青年領袖養成事業計劃」。計劃的目
標是在5年內，培養10萬青年大軍──海外實習3萬、海外志工2萬，以及海外就業者5萬人
。
All of these are the “Global Youth Leader Program” which had been proposed
by Li Mying-bo, Former South Korean President, in 2008. The objective of this
program intends to train 100,000 youths within five years
