做翻譯練習的遇到兩個句子：
Prospects that they meet at events, provided that the individuals indicated
that they would be willing to receive a follow-up call.
Individuals that have been referred by other (referring) individuals,
provided that an introduction has been made by the referring individual.
第一句我不確定provided是做為動詞，還是連接詞的provided that來使用。
若是前者的話，我不知道要怎麼翻；而後者的文法使用上又好像有點奇怪。
第二句的架構跟第一句差不多，除了一樣的問題以外，
我也不太確定refer這邊要怎麼翻譯，意思才會比較恰當。
