有些不太清楚的地方想要PO上板請教
因為是新手，還請多多指教及體諒～
這次翻譯的是一個獨木舟活動的活動聲明及參加同意書
以下是本文
本人瞭解活動期間，領隊及教練會進行正確之技術教學以及詳盡的安全解說，並有合
格救生員在現場維護活動安全。同時ＸＸＸ有限公司已為所有的學員投保100萬元之意
外險及10萬元之醫療險，並且提供必要之活動器材及安全裝備，包括獨木舟、槳、救生衣
等。若因不遵守領隊及教練的指示、自己的疏忽、擅自行動、未穿著救生衣、器材使用不
當或其他不可抗力之因素而發生危險意外時，本人及法定監護人將不會對ＸＸＸ有限公
司以及活動相關之領隊、教練和工作人員提出法律訴訟以及損害賠償之要求。
以下是本人的試譯
I understand that during the activity, the guide and coach will provide
accurate tutorial on technical skills and detailed safety guidelines.
Moreover, there will be qualified lifeguards to maintain safety.
Simultaneously, ＸＸＸ, Co., Ltd. (ＸＸＸ有限公司) has
issued a casualty insurance of 100,000 NTD and a health insurance of 10,000
NTD for all the participants, and will provide necessary activity and safety
equipment, including kayak, paddle, and lifejacket. In cases of accident due
to disobeying the guide and coach’s directions, my negligent act, actions of
my own, not wearing lifejacket, improper usage of equipment, or other force
of majeure, my guardian and I will not file a lawsuit against, or request for
damages from ＸＸＸ, Co., Ltd. (ＸＸＸ有限公司), and,
guide, coach and staffs related to the activity.

但目前困惑的問題是公司名稱英文翻譯後面要不要加上中文
還有不可抗力之因素的英文翻譯，在這裡可以翻成 force of majeure嗎？
請問其他還有什麼需要注意的呢？（尤其在句子通順跟文法方面... > <）
