若要用英文說公司以外的人，即不是本公司的人，
應該怎麼用英文說比較好？

我在很正式的文件直接寫過 others outside the company審稿的母語人士看了沒說甚麼，沒說錯也沒提供更簡潔的

Not fellow worker, Not my colleague, Not associate.各種說法很多, 端看是口語或正式文件場合使用...

也可能可以用a third party (譬如新人和公司簽約時)

belong 前面不應使用 is...你可以說: ppl outside of the company翻譯文件中英翻中非常常見 但是我想使用ppl who are not employed by xx company應該也可以
