寫作文時 有兩句被朋友改掉
但他的解釋我也不確定
1.Many rapid growths of cities causes convenient of life.
朋友是建議改成bring convenient to our life
他說cause是導致後果
所以真不能用cause?
2.Not only can Chinese food restaurants you find,
but also people can find western-style restaurants as well.
(你不只能找到中餐廳 也能找到西餐廳)
朋友說有點怪怪的
但也不知道怎麼改...

第一句先不管cause或bring的用法，就有其他文法錯誤但我也覺得bring比較合適些，cause常用在負面的事件

1. 換個角度來看。(比如你父親昨天買了台最潮的新機車給你)你會不會說"My father caused me happiness."(或者你直翻成中文)這不是"真不真"的問題。整體意思上用 cause 確實怪異。http://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/cause_2仔細讀字義說明

第二句去掉as well，它不會與not only...but also...連用，因它們意思相近

cause 通常用在負面，然後應該用convenience 而不是convenientYou can find not only Chinese restaurant but alsowestern restaurant.
